It requires a completed project at the end, with ongoing guidance from our Master Black Belt mentors to refine the project and apply Six Sigma methodologies throughout.

Which certification body is the best?

No single "belt". Popular and respected certifications are: ASQ (most rigorous exam), IASSC (Learn Six Sigma focus, exam-only), university programs, and major training companies like GSS Coaching. The certifying agency may be determined based on your industry and employer recognition.

Does the certification expire?

ASQ: Yes, every 3 years (re-certify with points or re-examination)

IASSC: No expiration

Most Others: No Expiration

Can I get Green/Black Belt certifications without completing a project?

Green Belt level uses basic statistics (mean, standard deviation, control charts, hypothesis testing, and simple regression.)
